Das Haus befindet sich auf einem 8 Hektar gro\u00dfen Grundst\u00fcck mit nat\u00fcrlichen D\u00fcnen und Fynbos-Vegetation, innerhalb das <a href=\"https:\/\/vleesbaai.co.za\/fransmanshoek-conservancy\/\">Fransmanshoek-Naturschutzgebiet<\/a>. Fonteintjies bietet erstklassigen Meerblick und einen privaten Fu\u00dfweg zu einem abgelegene Strand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Region ist bekannt f\u00fcr ihr ganzj\u00e4hrig mildes Klima, goldene Str\u00e4nde und eine Reihe von nat\u00fcrlichen, kulturellen und historischen Sehensw\u00fcrdigkeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.visitmosselbay.co.za\/\">Mossel Bay<\/a> ist nur 30 km entfernt, und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gardenroute.com\/george-history_content_op_view_id_71\">George<\/a> ist 70 km entfernt.
